TRAVELLING IN MANALI | My Personal Experience

 Manali is a stunning hill station in the himalayas, offer a capitivity blend of natural beauty and adventure. This blog will explore some of the must visit places, activities and unique experiences that make manali a memorable destination. Manali has been blessed with a near perfect location in kullu valley with three different mountains surrounding it and the beas river flowing through it only manages to add to its appeal.

I started my journey from ratlam. From ratlam, I went to delhi through train. Then i went to manali through traveller. We were 13 friends travelling together. I visited many places 

there. Some of the places that you should also must visit there are :-
  • OLD MANALI= It is a beautiful village known for its unique charm, colorful building and with a famous market known as mall road.




  • SOLANG VALLEY= This valley is filled with full snow and may try to experience snow fall.




  • ATAL TUNNEL= This tunnel is considered as the longest tunnel. This tunnel joints manali with sissu.




  • SISSU= Sissu is a place that is covered by huge snow mountains. Here we can experience some snow activities.






I had experienced a lot of adventureous activities. This activities must be tried by every individual atleast once in lifetime. The activities are :-

  • WATER RIVER RAFFTING= It is one of the best activity that i tried there. I had done this in kullu. The water is so cold that it is like melted ice.





  • PARAGLIDING= I am speechless to express this activity. The feeling of jumpimg from 8000 feet is very wonderful. This also i had done in kullu.






  •  ZIPLINE= It is also a good activity. We go to the other end of mountain and then again come back through it.





  • SKIING= Enjoy the winter wonderland of manali by skiing at sissu.




  • TREKKING= Trakking is considered as one of the best experience a person can take in his life. There is a popular trekk that is kheerganga track, for stunning views and a sense of accomplishment.







I also get some unique experiences there like :-

  • HIMACHALI CUISINE= Indulge in the authentic flavours of himachali cuisine, known for its dishes and local delecacies.


  • SHOPPING ON MALL ROAD= Explore the bustling mall road, known for its local handicrafts, sorvernirs and cozy cafes.

  • CAFES OF KASOL= Explore the authentic or esthatic cafes of kasol.

I visited manali in starting of april. The best time to visit manali to get its best climate, the peak season is march to may and november to feburary. Manali is accessible by road but it can also be accessible by air with flights to dehli or chandigarh. From there we can book bus/train.



Manali can be explored on a budget but it cab vary according to the accomodation and activities.

Travelling manali with friends give the best experience of life and it is unforgetable. So all should travel here once in his/her life.
